30-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
At Celebrity Outfits, we want you to love your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: To start the process, simply email our customer support team at info@celebrityoutfits.shop within 30 business days of your delivery date.
Provide Details: Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue (e.g., wrong size, color variation, or defect).
Attach Photos: To help us assist you quickly, please include two clear photos: one showing the issue and another showing the product’s collar tag.
Note: Requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Refund & Exchange Eligibility
Your item is eligible for a refund or exchange if it meets the following criteria:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and all tags are attached.
The item has no alterations made by the customer.
You notify us of major defects or if you received the wrong item within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Eligible Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Multiple similar items in different sizes ordered solely for the purpose of “trying them on.”
Custom-made or personalized products.
Items with removed tags or labels.
Requests due to a “change of mind” or accidental order.
Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Shipping & Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, as these are costs already incurred in delivering the order. However, if your order included free shipping, you will not be charged any deduction for it when processing your refund.
Exchange Policy
We want your purchase to fit you perfectly. If you need a different size or style, we are happy to provide a one-time free exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you, while you only need to send the original item to us.
Restocking Fees — None!
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will always receive the full product value back on eligible returns or exchanges.
Refund Process

Ship the Parcel – Send the item back to us at the provided address using a reliable courier of your choice.
Inspection – Once we receive your parcel, our team will carefully inspect the item(s) for eligibility.
Approval Notification – Within 24–36 hours, you will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or disapproved.
Refund Issuance – If approved, a 100% refund of the product price will be issued to the same payment method you used at checkout within 7-10 Working days.
