30-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

At Celebrity Outfits, we want you to love your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: To start the process, simply email our customer support team at info@celebrityoutfits.shop within 30 business days of your delivery date.

2. Provide Details: Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue (e.g., wrong size, color variation, or defect).

3. Attach Photos: To help us assist you quickly, please include two clear photos: one showing the issue and another showing the product’s collar tag.

Note: Requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility

Your item is eligible for a refund or exchange if it meets the following criteria:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and all tags are attached.

• The item has no alterations made by the customer.

• You notify us of major defects or if you received the wrong item within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Multiple similar items in different sizes ordered solely for the purpose of “trying them on.”

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Items with removed tags or labels.

• Requests due to a “change of mind” or accidental order.

• Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Shipping & Postage

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, even if your order included “free shipping,” as this cost is incurred by us.

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. We will ship the new item to you for free, and you will only be responsible for the postage cost, which is determined by the item’s weight and size.

Restocking Fees — None!

We believe in transparency and fairness. Celebrity Outfits does not charge any restocking fees for returned or exchanged items.
